Role Overview

Custom solutions are looking for an Operations & Commercial Coordinator to join the team. The main duties of the role are to support Senior Management in efficient delivery of operational tasks and day-to-day Sales Team administrative requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to respond quickly are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and refinement of dashboards and trackers related to sales activity, pipeline health, and overall business performance
  • Help prepare client briefing materials for senior management meetings, including pulling key data points and drafting summaries
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks to help free up time for strategic and client-facing priorities
  • Coordinating and documenting internal and external meetings, following up on important actions and decisions from key meetings
  • Preparing necessary materials/information for key weekly scheduling meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate stakeholder views and manage towards the best solution and processes
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams
  • Maintain calendars for all related stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc support on internal initiatives and special projects as needed, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and discretion
  • When required prepare weekly and monthly operational and commercial reports
  • Reporting to Head of Delivery and Global Head of Consulting

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in related field or similar role
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and have a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work flexibility around multiple team needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working with Salesforce (CRM Systems)
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Strong organisation skills and good at multitasking
  • Able to work on tight deadlines and strong time management skills
