Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with the business leadership and drive people initiatives aligned to organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be from product development/technology-driven organizations, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical capabilities. Candidates from Tier-1/Premium institutions are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and productivity.
- Lead and drive the annual performance review cycle, including goal setting, talent calibration, and compensation planning processes.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to support hiring decisions, workforce planning, and the onboarding experience.
- Identify skill and competency gaps and partner with Learning & Development to design and implement capability-building programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and change management programs.
- Analyse HR metrics, employee feedback, and attrition trends to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics, including headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, and employee engagement.
- Prepare and present periodic workforce reports and executive summaries to senior leadership, highlighting key HR metrics and business impact.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems while driving automation and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
- Ensure policy adherence, promote a positive employee experience, and address employee relations matters with fairness and compliance.
- Champion HR best practices to enhance processes, operational efficiency, and overall business impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience as HRBP, preferably supporting technology/product development teams.
- Post-graduation from Tier-1/Premium institutions (IIMs/XLRI/TISS/ISB/SCMHRD or equivalent) highly preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proven track record in driving HR processes across talent management, performance, and employee engagement.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using HR dashboards, MIS, and reporting tools.
