What we are looking for:
Looking for a curious, self-driven, analyst-at-heart candidate to help build and scale our
next generation of AI-powered data and insight products.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks AI first, enjoys working with both structured and
unstructured data, and loves turning information into clear, meaningful insights. You will
play a key role in shaping new projects, improving how we use data, and delivering highquality
reports and intelligence to clients across the business.
You’ll work closely with product, technology, sales, and research teams—owning projects
end-to-end and helping GlobalData deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful insights
• Business graduate/ MBA.
• 5+ years of work experience in M&A integration role/ business reporting role.
• Experience of working/ communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Motivated individual with high career aspirations and a strong work ethic.
• An ability to work independently to complete tasks.
• An ability to work well under pressure with multiple competing deadlines, while
maintaining attention to detail.
• Results oriented and energetic self-starter.
• Strong excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to develop relationships and liaise with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing regular performance reporting for the acquisitions
• Liaise with the Business Performance team to get the data for the reports
• Ensure accuracy of data reporting
• Liaising with acquisition senior leadership teams to update the reports
• Attending business reporting meetings and keeping track of actions and followups

Role Description:

As an Senior Integration Analyst – M&A Integration, you will be an integral part of our M&A
team, working primarily on reporting and supporting post M&A integration. You may be
required to work in the UK hours.
