The role… 

This newly created position will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales function. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategies, processes and tools that empower the sales team to perform at the highest potential. The role will align sales, marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective training, and access to the right resources at the right time helping to drive revenue growth and improving sales efficiency.  

What you’ll be doing…  

Strategy & Foundation 

  • Define and execute the sales enablement strategy, leading a high-performing team with cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product 

Onboarding & training 

  • Own new hire onboarding with 30/60/90-day milestones, delivering both F2F and digital training programmes, and building competency frameworks for the sales organisation 

Content & Resources 

  • Partner with Marketing to produce sales collateral, playbooks, and a centralised content repository tailored to the buyer journey and customer segments 

Tools & Technology 

  • Oversee adoption and effectiveness of the sales tech stack, including CRM, LMS, and content management systems 

Performance & Insights 

  • Define KPIs, analyse performance data to identify gaps, and report regularly to senior leadership on enablement impact and ROI 

What we’re looking for…  

Experience: 

  • Proven track record leading Sales Enablement in a Data or SaaS environment, with deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and performance drivers 
  • Experience building playbooks, training, and certification programmes, with hands-on content creation using tools such as Articulate, Synthesia, or Scribe 
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Value Selling, Sandler, or MEDDPICC 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills 

Skills: 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms, and enablement tools including Highspot or similar LMS 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
