What we are looking for:

• Should have prior experience with market research firms in conducting primary and secondary research and gathering relevant data necessary for research within the Oil & Gas Domain
• Strong understanding of oil & gas midstream segments, including oil storage and gas storage segments, key companies involved, capacities and facility types
• Experience working with structured datasets, excel files and GIS maps.
• Should be organized and a good team player with better sense of time, data accuracy and work priority
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is a must
• Should be excellent in Oral & Written Communication Skills
• Should be good in Problem Solving; Analytical Skill; Logical Reasoning
• Good foundation in Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Self-initiator towards steps to be taken for enhancement in data quality, process etc, with an obsession for quality
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Candidates only with relevant experience need to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of research analysts working in midstream oil and gas research
• Mine, analyse, synthesize volumes of oil and gas operational data in order to address specific business objectives within midstream oil and gas sector.
• Lead data validation and gap analysis processes for global oil storage & gas storage datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with teams to optimize database structures and improve data integration pipelines for oil storage & gas storage databases
• Delivering quality output and meet tight deadlines
• Conducting primary and secondary research on midstream Oil & Gas segments to develop and update industry information databases, analyse markets, and build solid analysis and insights for our clients.
• Responding to client queries related to the databases managed
• Develop customized deliverables based on client or management requirements
• Undertaking ad-hoc tasks such as maintaining trackers, internal datasets, and backend files and folders management
• Meeting regular deadlines while achieving overall team goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned
