What we are looking for:
- Experience in related field or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as working with SharePoint and Salesforce
- Strong organization skills and good at multitasking
- Strong time management skills, managing deadlines, timelines, and planning workload effectively.
- Ability to work flexibility around multiple project needs
- Experienced in implementing innovative ideas into projects and work practices
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modelling; Power Query preferred)
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI (mandatory)
- Strong numerical and analytical capability with experience consolidating large, multi-source datasets.
- Proactively finding efficient solutions for their own projects and the team
- Qualifications and/or accreditation in recognized project management methodologies or professional bodies.
- Support governance and performance tracking across small to large engagements.
- Demonstrable experience in Resource Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk and Issue Management, Portfolio reporting and governance tracking, Resource capacity and utilization analysis, Risk and issue reporting consolidation, Ensure adherence to delivery governance framework.
- Strong attention to detail in data validation
- Flexibility and responsiveness to effectively adjust to changing environments and situations
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 Years in PMO, project coordination, or delivery operations role with demonstrable reporting and dashboard ownership
Qualifications: A recognized Project Management (or) certification is desirable (PRINCE2, PMP, PPM, CPMP, CAPM)
Key Responsibilities: The Consulting Delivery Team is looking for a PMO Coordinator to support portfolio governance, reporting and operational discipline across Technology, Financial Service and Industrials. The role combines coordination responsibilities with strong analytical and dashboard capability and may include additional duties and responsibilities such as team management support. The PMO Coordinator will support the Head of Delivery across Technology, Financial Services, and Industrials verticals by owning portfolio reporting, dashboard development and governance tracking. The role ensures visibility of utilization, margin and project performance, driving operational discipline and data accuracy across the delivery portfolio
Reporting & Portfolio Analytics Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for delivery performance
- Consolidate project data (budget, effort, margin, utilisation) into a central reporting view
- Track forecast vs actual effort and highlight variances
- Maintain capacity and utilisation tracking across verticals
- Consolidate project data (budget, effort, margin, utilization) into structured portfolio dashboards
- Produce weekly/monthly delivery performance reports for leadership review
- Validate data accuracy across systems (Salesforce, Float, finance reports,)
- Identify trends and flag risks through data analysis
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Supporting project managers maintaining project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures
- Ensuring key project documentation is centrally stored and governance standards are followed
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from key meetings and project check-ins when required
- Ensuring project manager support when required during peak workloads
- Ensuring projects adhere to internal processes and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
