The role…

This is an opportunity to join at the start of your career, a high growth and ambitious business who are determined to be world leaders. As a Business Development Executive, you will be trained and developed to pitch our trusted intelligence products to senior executives at large multinational organisations.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Own the first impression. You’ll connect directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers, opening doors with some of the world’s most influential companies.
  • Pitch with confidence. Deliver compelling online product demonstrations that show prospects the power of GlobalData’s intelligence platform and how it transforms their decision-making.
  • Hunt for opportunity. Proactively source, qualify, and develop new business leads in untapped markets, creating your own pipeline of success.
  • Win big. Consistently hit and exceed sales targets with a commission structure that directly rewards your performance.
  • Build relationships that last. Nurture long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their goals and crafting tailored solutions that deliver real business impact.
  • Level up fast. Work closely with a dynamic sales team, receiving coaching and mentorship that accelerates your growth from Business Development Executive to future leader.

What we’re looking for…

  • A minimum of one years’ experience in a B2B role
  • Excellent communication skills displaying energy, drive and enthusiasm over the phone
  • A positive, winning attitude (highly driven and self-motivated)
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with the wider team
  • Curiosity (desire to keep asking the right questions)
  • An entrepreneurial and growth mindset 
  • Ability to keep it simple (be able to translate complex solutions into simple ones)
